For the delay because of the China spring festival holidays ,also the shipping agent ship delay the machine.The shipping agent didn't give me any compensation and the machine cost is the best cost already. So by now i cannot support you the compensation ,only for later orders. For the needles ,we sent are correct one ,as you want the effective result for wrinkles. And the non-invasive needles are the best needles for wrinkles.
